We Built a Calculator That Shows You What You're Actually Leaving on the Table
Most moving company owners have a rough sense that they're missing jobs somewhere, a lead that never got called back, a slow month that shouldn't have been slow, a truck sitting idle on a Tuesday, but they've never actually put a number on it. So we built a calculator that does exactly that. It's called the Chamberlain System Calculator, and it's live on our site now. You plug in a handful of numbers about your business, and it shows you a real dollar estimate of what a full pipeline could be doing for you instead of what's happening right now.
What You Actually Put Into It
The calculator asks for the basics you already know off the top of your head: how many jobs you're booking a month, your current monthly revenue, how many trucks you're running, how many employees you've got, your typical crew size per truck, and how many days a month you're actually operable. Nothing exotic, just the numbers that describe your operation as it stands today.
From there, it shows you our four core systems, Chamberlain Reclamation, Beacon Protocol, Fast Lane Booking, and Loop of Loyalty, each with a toggle you can switch on or off. As you flip each one, the number at the bottom moves. You can turn all four on and see the full picture, or turn them off one at a time and see what each piece is actually contributing on its own. That's the part most calculators like this don't let you do. They give you one big scary number and a form to fill out. This one lets you take it apart and see where the number is actually coming from.
Why We Built It This Way
We didn't want another lead magnet that just spits out a big number to scare you into booking a call. Every owner we talk to has been burned by an agency that promised the moon off a slide deck with no math behind it, so we built this the opposite way. The numbers move based on your actual fleet size, your actual crew capacity, your actual current volume, not some generic industry average that has nothing to do with how your business runs. A two truck operation and a twelve truck operation are going to see completely different numbers, because they should.
The four systems don't all work the same way either, and that's on purpose. Click here to see how each system contributes to the output.
What the Number Actually Tells You
We're upfront about this in the calculator itself: it's a rough estimate, not a prediction. We can't account for every variable specific to your market, your reputation, your current review count, or what's already working in your business from six inputs alone. Nobody honest could. What it's good for is giving you a real, personalized starting point instead of a guess, so when you do sit down and think about where your business is actually losing money, you're working from something closer to your own numbers instead of a general feeling that things could be better.
Most owners who run their numbers through it are surprised less by the total and more by which system is doing the heaviest lifting once they start toggling things on and off. For some it's Beacon Protocol. For others it's the Loop of Loyalty. It's rarely the same answer twice, which tells you something on its own, there isn't one universal leak, there's usually a specific one in your business that's bigger than the rest. And the best part is, once you see how much is being left on the table, you can book your strategy call to get a more concrete idea.
Go Run Your Own Numbers
If you want to see what it says about your business, the calculator's on our site now, it takes about two minutes to fill out. If the number surprises you and you want to actually walk through where it's coming from, book a call and we'll go through your real numbers together, not the rough version.
